Matsuo-kun participated in LMJ-PETAL users’ meeting.

Mr. Matsuo participated to the first User Meeting of the LMJ-PETAL facility　(http://www-lmj.cea.fr/en/ForUsers.htm ) held at near Bordeaux.

He gave presentations entitled with “Magnetized Fast Ignition Research
toward Laser Fusion Energy” and “Visualization of fast heated plasma by X-ray fresnel phase zone plate”.
And he got an opportunity to visit LMJ-PETAL facility.

He was very impressed that such a huge laser facility started to operate.
We are very much looking forward to our experiment at that facility to be done near the future.
