Karaki-kun received the best poster presentation award from LSJ.

At the 45th Annual Meeting of the Laser Society of Japan, held in Hiroshima from January 21 to 23, 2025, Yuga Karaki, a second-year Master’s student in the Department of Physics, Graduate School of Science, was awarded the Best Poster Presentation Award for his presentation titled “Generation of High-Energy-Density Plasma via the Interaction of a Compound Parabolic Concentrator and a High-Contrast Laser.”
